Canceling order from webshop?

    HI

    Ordered a shower unit from an online store with these T and C s https://www.taps4less.com/pages/terms.html

    In my order confirmation email it states delivery within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch email,haven't received the dispatch email and ordered 5 working days ago.

    Emailed them with a query as to when they might ship and didn't receive a reply so I cancelled the order today.

    From what I can see there should not be an issue? paid with paypal in case anything went wrong.
