How would I go about selling a property with a very secure rental yield, if I don't want the property to go on sale publicly.
    Can this be done?

Talk to estate agents, ask them if they have lists of people looking. They likely do.

It will of course end up on the property price register.

    .
Long story but rent won't start for another 9mths with a small possibility of it not starting for a year but it's 100% guaranteed.
Longer story, It would be better for me to sell now. I'd be willing to sell for less!
