I dont know where to start. I fell in love with a guy when I was young things never seemed to work out between us I'd always be heartbroken when he left me as he was my first everything we always ended up back together somehow after not talking. He wasn't the nicest to me he upset me a lot ran off when I needed him ive had 2 late miscarriages with this guy aswell one being where I was by myself and he told me to **** off when I asked for help. I tried to overdose on painkillers and vodka no such luck ended up seeing him again same thing happens he says horrible things and leaves me. Ive never gotten over my miscarriage I feel like I go through the hurt myself and all he says is you didnt give birth so you actually dont have a baby. I named my baby as I lost her at a couple of months and when we argue I dig at him that he was a terrible person for leaving me on my own and that he didn't care about his own child. He told me I was stupid for naming the baby and that I act like the child is alive! he is just so insensitive and hurtful and I cant take it all I've been doing is texting him abuse after all the pain he has caused me I cant get myself to stop. I know we are over but I loved this guy for so many years. Im not eating ive lost a pile of weight and im overdosing on panadol every night trying to just make everything stop. Ive tried twice this year with the painkillers I tried counselling and talking to people tried talking to him but he has already moved on and doesn't care he tells me I stress him! He has hurt me more than anyone ive been through it with him before so many times just this time I feel broken I cant do it again I can't relive the hurt or bumping into him with someone else acting like were strangers I cant get past this. I dont expect anyone to be able to help but has anyone been hurt like this before? I gave this jackass too many chances that he didn't deserve as he was never here when I needed him he knows how bad I feel right now and he is no where to be seen just says he can't deal with it. I feel suicide is the only way out

I'm so sorry that you have had to deal with so much. One thing is for sure that you are extremely strong for even just writing this down. Have experienced hurt in a similar way, the one advice is to not give up even when it all looks lost there's always a positive way out. For some it's counselling, talking to people, moving places and starting all over again, basically changing things up in small or big ways. It's not easy but you will get there. Just never feel like you're alone in this!
