Christmas hotel breaks

Now that our family have flown the nest we were thinking of spending Christmas in a hotel. Currently looking at the three day break in the Gleneagle in Killarney. Anyone have any recommendations. Would like some entertainment at night,maybe some danceing. Thanks.
