Management company is not recognising owner

    Hi all,
Thank you for reading my post as I am a bit in a vernacular situation at the moment. I have some problems with the management board & company in our estate. I have purchased an apartment about a year ago and ever since I try to get my company and beard to recognise me as the owner of my property.
When we purchased the apartment, the first part of the fees was included in the final purchase price. However after that I try to get them to recognise me as an owner as they do not charge me any fees at the moment. Which basically means that I am in violation of my mortgage agreement with the bank as, no fees also means that the apartment is currently not insured under the block insurance.
I have sent multiple request (all documented) to recognise us as the owner, but even now a year later all post is still addressed to the previous owner. At one stage one mail has been replied stating that they need a letter from the solicitor when the purchase was finalised. My solicitor has contacted them in relation to this and I have also sent them a copy of the land registry showing that we own the place. However, They keep on sending mail to us addressed at the previous owner and nothing has changed. I have brought it up in the last AGM meeting too. Nothing has changed.
I directly contacted the board requesting to sort this out. No one ever replied. Then I got in touch with someone from the board who agreed to solve this, but this is already going on for 2 months and still no change. In the last AGM I was voted by the attendants of the meeting in the bord, but this was blocked by the board because I had not paid my management fees, else I would have been able to go about it from internal.
At the moment I have no hope that it will be sorted and I am considering legal action but I am only not entirely sure how and for what I can bring a case against the company and board other than for negligence. I also consider leaving it all behing and simply take out my own insurance, but as far as I can see, taking out an individual insurance on a apartment that is part of an apartment block is not even possible.
Any assistance or advice on how to get out of this mess is greatly appreciated. Because I cannot help but wondering. If the building burns down. Who is going to pay for my apartment ?
    Regards,
    Daniel
