Since I was 18 I was on job seekers allowance and put on different courses etc I'm now 21 and have got my first job. I'm just wondering is there any chance I would be able to get a small enough car loan about 6,000? Or would I be asking too much ?

Are you permanent, have you any savings, do you have many outgoings, do you online gamble?

If any of the above are the case or not may have a negative efect.

Possibly, depends how much of a savings record you have at the moment. You should also factor in running costs of the car, after the purchase you could be looking at a good €5k a year plus in running costs just on insurance, tax, fuel and maintenance, factor in these costs in to your calculations.

Yes it's permanent, I don't have savings and not that many outgoings. I don't gamble

Try save a bit in credit union and try them after you can show you put a certain amount in each week on pay day.
