Having an issue with radiator in kitchen it won't heat up,
I have tried to bleed all my rads in house also knocked all Rads off and it will then get heat.. however when I fire up the central heating next day same rad gets no heat..

Any ideas before I have to get a call out

    Thanks

When you bled the rad did air come out?

Has it always been cold or just started recently?

If the rad heats up with the rest of the rads in the house turned off, then its a balancing issue.

The other rads are "stealing" the heat as water will flow through a circuit with less resistance.
The radiators are usually balanced at the lock shield valves on the radiator itself.

Try and close down a few of the rads a small bit closest to your boiler, you will force the circulation to then go to your kitchen rad.

If you keep getting air in the rad, then you more than likely have a build up of hydrogen gas in the system.
This is caused when the water in your heating system starts to react with the pipe or radiators internally.
