    Define reliable? It's an arms race, the bots constantly improve and so does the captcha.

    Google Recaptcha two would have to be the main one? Easy to use for the user and Google look after differentiating bots from real people. Integration is easy too

    Especially if you have a WordPress website and a plugin. It just needs the email address and the authorisation.
