    You have a vacuum leak. Fuel trim rich shows its adding fuel to match the air thats leaking in unmetered and id bet you didn't need any other the bits you replaced, they wont affect fuel trim like that.

    Well we use a pressurised smoke tester, makes it easy but i'm guessing you wont have one.... spraying carb cleaner around suspect areas and listening for a change in engine note can be useful but your eyes will be your best tool :) They can be hard to find..... Also I know the code is misleading but your car is actually running lean not rich, the fuel trim code means its maxxed out adding fuel to compensate for the lean condition

    Do a visual check of the hoses first because that's the most likely place you'll find it, and they can be checked easily enough.

    Engine runs rich intentionally when cold.

    On the 18XE, there's a well known issue of exhaust manifolds leaking, in particular, the left side as you look at the engine.
    Check under the heat shield also for cracks. It's likely to be tiny, but enough to suck in enough oxygen to fool the Bank1 lambda.

    That's a symptom of the rich running unless you sort out what's causing the fuelling problem your replacement cat will die too.
