Wondering what others use. Any recommendations?

I used to use SnagIt from TechSmith, which was great but had it under volume licensing from an old job. Current pricing is €43,36 Excl. VAT (€52,03 w Est. VAT).

I just use the Windows Snipping tool for the occasional screen grab, but it would be nice to have something that allows me to add arrows, effects, etc.
