Any recommendations for a local (reasonably priced) to switch mortgage from current provider? Preferably flat rate fee based. Thanks.

we switched our mortgage last year, used Rosemary Scallan in the village http://rosemaryscallan.ie - very straightforward and good price (the new bank offer covered the costs anyway).

I'll second Rosemary Scallan, I dealt with Ed and found him very fair. http://rosemaryscallan.ie
