Samsung Camera Difficulties

    Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone could help me out here.

I need to take a picture of passport (for ID verification purposes) with my mobile camera.

However when try to do this, the camera won't stay focused. It continually moves in and out of focus so I only get blurred images.

I suspect it has something to do with the photo part of the passport, as if I move camera to exclude the photograph part & just focus on the text & details part of the passport, it stays focused.

As soon as the camera detects the face photo however, a circle appears around it and that's when the focus keeps shifting in and out.

    I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017 model).

Crappy framerate on this video, but this is what to do.
