If you're stupid enough to buy an rte guide every week then you deserve to see her appear in it 4-6 times a year complete waste of money.

Who actually buys the rte guide. They should be ashamed.

Horrific made-up accent, horrific made-up personality, horrific made-up career. Unfortunately that seems to count for a lot in Montrose.

Lads, in faifrness, he just said she was on the cover -

I'd imagine both, with emphasis on the former.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Please don't be disrespectful to a person who, let's be honest with ourselves, is Ireland's Queen of hearts.

Suppose it beats Pat Shortt. Or does it? I'm not sure anymore.

I suppose she might sell copies for them to be honest. The guide has gone down a lot in the last decade and I suppose they try and put on it that might sell it for them.

It's an RTE publication so they put RTE people on it to attract viewers. Not rocket science. RTE have their faults but one thing they excell at is self-promotion. Listen to any ad break on radio 1. 2 out of 3 ads are for something RTE related.

They'd want to watch out promoting their stars like that, the BBC might poach them and put them on £10m salaries

RTÉ guide rotate the same few faces. It's called the Montrose merry go round

Nepotism is rife as well it appears. The big sell off and cutbacks will unfortunately not result in any new approach or clear out but rather just a more streamlined version of the same stale system.

Shouldn't this be in the "Lame Things I Fapped To Before Internet Porn"? I'd love a go on them fun bags.

When you have done the volume of charity work he has done - you'll get your RTÉ guide cover.

That says more about their ability to attract paying advertisers than anything else.

RTE, the only place where being a "celebrity" is a job for life.

Lads, let's admit it, we'd all have a crack at her.

I used to live around the corner from her in Rathmines. She'd barely look at you. Sour face on her most of the time. I'd rather chance my hand in Rain in the Portobello.

RTE Guide follows a well established pattern of guests: Ryan Tubridy, Blathnaid Treacy, Fair City star, Kathryn Thomas, Pat Short, Marian Finucane, Fair City star, Donal Skehan, Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh.

    Rinse and repeat.

That's a typical Late Late Show lineup there.

    RTE is tripe.

Glossy TV guide, is it 1988 or something? Why is this relic from the past still being printed?

    Who actually buys them?

The whole RTE so-called celeb line up appears on the Xmas Guide anyway..
