liberty insurance customer service disaster

    I bought a car bback from the UK.
    Have 14 years ncb. last insured with admiral
    Linerty want proof of my ncb. 
    admiral wont send in post to address outside uk
    admiral send proof my email.
    liberty wont accept unless in pdf form 
    admiral dont send in pdf form.

    i habe 14 years ncb and liberty wont acknowledge this and are upping ptemium 
    to reflect zero ncb!!!
    Girl in customer doesnt care one iota, keeps saying thats our policy.

    absolutely ridiculous situation. 

    if i have a claim im sure you will be able to verify if i have a ncb or not so
    why cant you do it now?

    can someone here please be more helpful than cistomer service before i 
    cancel due to this farce?

    It's Admiral you should direct your anger at, not Liberty. Are they supposed to accept your word you have a clear driving record? Unless it is an Admiral sourced PDF, it is easily altered
