I was in receipt of DA (and a medical card) until I recently reached 66. Then I switched to State Contributory Pension. My wife is still in receipt of DA. Will I lose my card when it expires?

If you're under the threshold for the financial means test then no you wouldn't, if you're over you may be entitled to a GP only card until you're 70. You can check on citizens information website what the thresholds are.
