    We just started using the the site recently trying to search for case law in relation to planning and ownership rights. For example if I search Frescati Estates Ltd v. Walker [1975] the case doesn't appear in the search results.

    I'm trying to find case law in relation to planning issues where there has been a misrepresentation of facts or where the applicant didn't have a material interest to make an application. Is anyone familiar with using the site and type of search entries for finding the relevant case law?

    StareDecisis only cover cases from 2011. You would be better off looking up Frescati in the database Justis - it will give you the cases and legislation considered in this judgement, plus subsequent cases that used Frescati as a precedent.
