Contacting customs

I bought a watch from AliExpress which arrived on the 5th of sept at an post Dublin 12 and it was sent on to customs the same day. Since then I've heard nothing further. I've no issue paying whatever is due on it but I'd like to receive the watch sooner rather than later.
Does anyone have the email or phone number for customs the package might have been sent to?
    Thanks

I assume it came with Anpost, you can try emailling dmc@revenue.ie include the tracking number and maybe a screenshot of the payment.

Was it a branded watch? If it's most probably a fake, in that case they stop it and destroy.

Thanks for the reply. I bought a Amazfit watch for 92e Inc free postage. So it's an original fitness watch.
I'll email them today with the screenshot and tracking number in the hope it'll speed things up.
    Thanks again

It should be released today, they're quite good when you give them the evidence to make things easy.

I sent an email yesterday with tracking number and screenshot of the purchase showing the price etc. Haven't heard anything back as yet, I've also tried to call them on 018056150 but then don't seem to answer that number, no surprise there.

Received an email back from customs with the breakdown co what's outstanding:

Total Value of Goods - €92.35

    Customs Duty - € 0.00

    VAT @ 23% - € 21.24

    An Post Fee - € 10.00

    Total for Collection - € 31.24

Think the an post fee is high. Doesn't say what the fee is for..
Anyway hopefully I'll have my watch on Wednesday

The fee is for an post to process the paperwork.
