Audi A4 on a trailer contraption

I've seen this "thing" a few times in the Longford, Westmeath and Cavan areas. I used to think it was a car being brought to the scrapyard on a makeshift trailer but clearly it isn't. I think there may be more than one of them around as IIRC the A4 is sometimes a different colour. Anyone know what it is - some sort of pump or generator that uses a car, specifically an A4.

It is belong to the RSA. It rotates upside down slowly to show you what it like in a crash and how your seatbelt protects you.

Thanks for that! LOL at how badly off I was with my guess of it being a pump/generator

Looks like they've taken the RSA branding off the Audi since last time I saw it, doing over 100km/h on the M1.
