I didn't check if the spelling of this was correct for fear it would bring up images. Does anyone else suffer from this?

I didn't realise it was a phobia until a few years ago when I saw a photo of a spore (Jesus). The mere thought if it makes me nauseous and makes my skin crawl. Thankfully it's not something I experience regularly but when I do i cannot cope with it. I also have a fear of heights but I am able to work on that one but not the trypophobia.

Why can you not work on the trypophobia? Any phobia can be worked on, no matter how daunting it may seem.

Have you ever seen anyone with regards to getting help? A psychologist/counsellor? CBT might help in this instance. I think a chat with your GP should be your first port of call and see where they direct you.
