Wet floorboards

Hi All

Looking for some advice,
I thought I had a leak under the stairs. I had a good look under the floorboards but couldn’t find anything. Its strange that the floorboards are all wet around the piping only? I don’t think its condensation or would it be? Would condensation make them this wet?
Has anyone seen this kind of wetness before on floorboards around piping?

Probably a small leak, water running down the pipe from higher up. Condensation might sit on the pipe, but won't run down it.

Do you have a draught of cold air coming in meeting the hot air from the pipes? I've seen that cause issues as you describe.
