Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Transferring to DCU from DIT

I'm currently a first year student at DT354 - Business Computing in DIT but I decided that I'd rather study DC120 - Enterprise Computing in DCU as it's essentially the same course (both are focused on the components of business and computing), accommodation is cheaper in D9 in comparison to D2 and many of my friends have gone to DCU so it makes more sense that I move there. Also I don't want DIT to become a technological university with ITT and ITB. I have already emailed Dr. Markus Helfert who is the Chair of the programme and Christine Stears.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to transfer from Business Computing to second year of Enterprise Computing? What are the requirements? Are leaving cert results the deciding factor or is it the first year results from modules? If I successfully transfer will my degree be associated with DCU even though I was only there for 3 years not four.

Can you give me as much information as possible?
