Hi, I just want to know are there many tutors excluded from the new agreement between the Department of Education and the TUI, (which gives tutors registered on the Teachers Council in 15/16 and holding a CID, teacher status), just because they do not work in a BETI programme.

I only found out about this agreement before the summer, when some of my colleagues, who work in a BETI programme, received a letter inviting them to apply for the 'upgrade'.
