    Hi,

we have just recently gotten new broadband installed in our home. It covers 2 houses via home plugs and has so far worked decently.

But for the last 2 days the internet speed has dropped significantly, with sometimes a download speed of about 2-3 kbps which often isn't even enough to load a google page.

We have tried restarting the router, re-plugging the home plugs, even updating the wif drivers on the laptop, but no result.

Any help on that? I can send a landline number via PM if needed.

    Thanks!!

    Hi kerstinms93,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your broadband service. If you give our technical support team a ring on 1890260260 or free phone 1901 they should be able to look into this for you.
