Hi Folks,

What happened is that the customer specifically needs Rev 5 but unfortunately the Drive has firmware version 6.
Is there any segate tool that will do this , cant seem to find one. On the Seagate website I fail to get any progress in obtaining version 5.
So unless someone has delt with this kind of thing before,
