Is the All 4 app available on Samsung Smart TVs in Ireland?

    I was wondering if the All 4 app is available on Samsung Smart TVs in Ireland?
    My TV is a 2015 model and this is the first time I've looked for the All 4 app. The TV has the apps for the Irish channels.

    If it is available, how do I search for it? Any search I perform return YouTube clips advertising All 4, but no actual Samsung App.

    I have the All 4 app on my iPhone and this works no problem.
