Hi I would like to get a competitive quote for a 70% LTV but to let mortgage. Bank of Ireland are offering 4.99% and. 5.1% for 2 and 5 year fixed mortgages respectively. Is anyone aware of a more competitive rate available? Thanks in advance.

KBC are 4.50% for loan to value less than 50% and 4.80% over 50% variable and 5.25% for 3 and 5 year fixed.
