No contact 6 weeks after application emailed

    Hi there, sent a new connection application form for sligo area by email on 26/07/17. Have received no confirmation of receipt or any other contact to date re:same. Also filled out an online enquiry form on the website but have received no response.

    How can I confirm that this is in process?

    Ring them. Irish Water are completely useless. They don't really respond to emails. 
    I've applied for a new connection and they still haven't provided a bill for the works. Six months later.

    I've sent you a PM with the details. 
    Unfortunately every time I receive an email from Irish Water it comes from a different person. 
    I haven't received an updated offer letter. The most recent email mentions a standard works fee but I haven't received an offer letter in relation to this.

    Your new connections team is a joke. Your customer service is a joke. I've just got off the phone with you to find absolutely nothing has been done in over a month when I first contacted you in relation to the works fee being incorrect.

    Just the usual unhelpful message by PM. 

    "Currently following up with the relevant department regarding this matter and will revert back to you with an update."

    The relevant department then either doesn't respond or responds with no help as they haven't looked at the issue properly. 

    I'm not going to pay Irish Water for a works bill when no work is being carried out. It's not that hard to understand.
