    Hi lads,

    I had face to face caller to my door about a switch that we signed up to but decided against. I contacted electric ireland immediately and it is still taking over a week to cancel and my current provider is sending me my final bill. Can you please look into this and cancel electric ireland please.

    Hi Cork red,

    We can certainly check into this for you as soon as possible if you private message us the relevant MPRN or contact telephone number, state that you were to be the account-holder, and confirm your name, address and date of birth.

    The cancellation is likely pending completion - there can just be an overlap sometimes.
