Not sure of the legality of running a multigame (roms), although it doesn't stop most people.
    Where is the pub located?
Are you looking to buy or rent?

    I wouldn't worry about it.

I've played a lot of mame machines in pubs and restaurants in a good few cities, seems like nobody is bothered getting up about it.

Get a generic cab and convert it to a mame cab, or even get a Pandora's box for it.

People on here should be able to link you up with a cab

Mitch might be the guy to advise.
Certainly a home build isn't going to be robust enough but an upright classic from adverts would be just the ticket, and wouldn't cost a fortune.
Might even come with most things already there, just need to update the coin intake to 50c coins or something .

Yeah, need an amusement machine license, as opposed to a gaming machine license, which I think applies to the kinds of gambling machines. (from memory, but you would need a licence for sure)
