Hse competency based interview for Occupational therapy

    I see these interviews are coming up at the end of November,with applications to be in by 20th of September.
    Anyone any advice or pointers on acing these interviews?

    Have you done the basic grade interviews?

    As far as I know a very similar format. The main thing is using the STAR format in your answers and focusing on what you did in any given situation.

    Yes done BG interview before but not in recent times. STAR format is good advice. Suppose I am more concerned about the step up and complexity on the examples.
