Court Hearing Over Cannabis Possession

    Hi guys!
I got a court hearing over cannabis possession of 1 gram a few months ago. I had a problem with drug use at that time and I wasted some money on it. This is my first offence of any kind and I'm confident that I will receive probation Act in this case and small fine of couple hundred euros as my lawyer said. I'm more worried that the judge will ask me for my messages from this period and find out that I was addicted. I forgot to ask my lawyer about this and I can't afford to go back to her as I'm suffering the costs of attending university.  I turned barely 18 this year and I wouldn't want such a small mistake ruin my possibilities in the future.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Threads on this topic are forbidden under the forum charter.

However, you sensibly have legal representation to deal with this on your behalf. They will advise in relation to any issues you wish to discuss.

FYI despite the fact that this is obviously serious for you, these things are routine matters and are dealt with quite quickly and rarely with a massive amount of prying behind the scenes by the Gardaí or judges, so it is unlikely any messages will be uncovered.
