Stick with Bilthamber for snow foam and any of 3 waxes/sealants, is a good starting point. (Double speed/finis/hydra wax last I find very good for different reasons)

As for compounds/polish um I say no for all in one. Technically yes with likes of car pro reflex but you need different pads for different strengths of use with them. i.e heavy cut pad for deep scratch, medium pad to help with say swirl marks and finish pad to provide a nice good finish.

Other than that most produce 3 different polishes of varied strength (some produce about 50 ****ers always got to make it complicated) and then you got different pads to use with the polishing.

Recommendations. Up to you really its your wallet and that etc. But ..........

Chemical guys hexlogic pads (not Chinese nok ovs)
Lake country pads are both good from my uses

Chemical guys have a v range polish
Autobrite correct it range - my preference

There also loads of others from likes of 3m, scholl, menzerna etc etc

The only 1 Step product I'd use with one pad would be Menzerna 400 as it's a compound that breaks down into a polish to leave a hologram/buffer trail free finish, mainly for use on Hard/Medium paints as you'll need to refine again on softer paints I find. CarPro's Essence is fantastic too but you'd want 2-3 pads to maximise its use, i.e Heavy Pad for Cutting and Soft pad for finishing with it.
