    I would like to buy some some Singapore dollars (SGD) and russian rubles (RUB).
    Is there an alternative to my local bank?

    Do you want to buy physical cash or are you looking to it as an investment and hold it digitally in an account?
    Are you traveling to russia and need currency? Russia is one of the few times i would advise someone to buy currency there. On a few occasions i got a better rate than the official rate.
