Multiboost tanks

I'm looking for a submersible pump setup for a new attic tank. Has anyone got experience with Multiboost units?
    http://www.multiboost.ie/multiboost_rectangular270.html

    Pros:
    - Submersible pump is quiet
    - 3 litre expansion vessel so the pump doesn't run unnecessarily
    - All-in-one unit so installation is simpler

    Cons:
    - Pricey @ 875 Euro (only price I've found so far)
    - Surge tank too small?
    - Unnecessarily powerful pump considering it is not pumping water "up" any head height

When I look at the cost of the parts they're not far short of the package cost:
    Tank: 200
    Pedrollo TOP Multi 2: 300
Presflo Multi pump controller with expansion vessel: 200

Any suggestions for a similar set up that I can put together myself, e.g:
    Tank X
    Submersible pump Y
    Controller + expansion vessel Z
