    Hi,
I applied for car finance a few days ago and the garage I applied with works with BOI, my application was declined because I had 3 small bills unpaid because I emptied my account after a transaction being under investigation for fraud after money missing from my account. The reason my acc was empty doesn't matter at all or just BOI doenst want to approve loans of any type lately??
