I have used Amazon for a long time now with no issues.

Yesterday, I got an email to the email associated with the Amazon account.

It looked genuine and seemed to be from amazon.de. Germany.

It thanked me for changing the email account associated with Amazon to a new one.

I ignored it. I tried to log in to my Amazon account today and it said that there was no account associated with my email.

I have looked for help online, but Amazon seem to want you to log in before you contact them. Which I obviously can't.

I can't find a phone number online to ring them.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe create a new account with another email address, once created vollow the links to contact them.

If you look at your email, is there any links maybe with something if you didn't request please click here. MAKE sure when you move the mouse over the link or the url on the web page starts with https://www.amazon.co.uk, https://www.amazon.de, etc if starts with something else most probably it's a Spam email.
