Samsung s7 or s8

Happily had an s7 for a year till may when I got the fear and bought s8. Unexpected car repair forced a sale and I'm now in an iPhone 6. Not sure I can live my life on it so tempted by adverts but can't decide on s7 at 300 odd or whether s8 is really worth it at 550. Any thoughts from both sides ?
