I currently live in London and have worked as a Web Dev for the past 3 years.
I do not have a CS or related degree.

I'm looking to move back home to Cork.

Here's a summary of my skills from the working draft of my CV:
Web developer with 3 years experience employing Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML
Technologies used include JQuery, SCSS, Git, Apache Server, MySQL and creating RESTful APIs
Development for site implemented on Magento platform, employing MVC framework
Familiar with use of Google Analytics for the purpose of monitoring the performance of the website and generating reports
    Familiar with Python and SQL
    Excellent administration and accountancy skills
Proficient in use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Open Office, WinZip, WinRar, Filezilla FTP, OneDrive
Proficient in use of business management systems
    Fluent in French, basic Spanish
    Full, clean B driving license

I've kinda tried to vomit out all the skills, languages, frameworks and technologies I've worked with and anything else even tangentially related.

What I'm wondering is what the job market is like in Cork for this kind of work, or Ireland in general, how that profile stacks up (I can go into more detail if anyone is asking), what recruitment agencies, if any, I should get into contact with (eg do some specialise in IT), any glaring gaps in my skillset for a junior-level developer, any particular topics I should ensure I have really nailed down and can talk about to prospective employers, and any other advice anyone can think of.

As far as what I'm looking for, I'm not looking for money or a senior position.
I mostly just want a job back home of some sort preferably which gives me room to expand my skillset.

I think I'm pretty good at what I do but in a relatively narrow niche - lacking the sort of broad education you'd get from a CS degree and that kind of thing.

    Thanks.
