Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Big 4 Summer Internship (No offer)

Hey guys, I just did a summer internship at one of the Big 4 in Dublin and unfortunately- in spite of receiving good feedback on work and enthusiasm I didn't get an offer for the graduate programme and it wasn't really explained why. I think it might have been a numbers thing as my manager did say to ensure that I contact her in the future if I am applying in milkrounds. (not to say I didn't make mistakes- I did but nothing big enough to warrant not receiving an offer.) My question is, I would like to apply to the other Big 4 firms but I am not sure how to spin not getting an offer or how to explain why I amen't staying on with the the firm that interned with?
I am on a 1:1 degree so far and heading into final year now.

Any advice ? Also any tips on keeping my confidence up after this ! Feel a little down about the whole thing now and not as sure of my abilities even though I know I did fit in well and did a good job.
