    I've cracked my phone screen. I have insurance. I assume that will cover it. Does anyone know how long it takes to fix?

    That would be completely dependent on your insurer. They're the ones you want to be asking.

    Before you give them the phone;
    Backup all your data.
    Backup all your contacts.

    Because they'll fix your phone, but only some (pricey) corporate insurance covers data.
