Before anyone suggests, yes I have indeed spoken to multiple doctors multiple times, and it seems that I simply cannot get a prescription for something that will actually help me. Real tired of hearing "just exercise and eat well" from everybody as if those are some magic cures, and would really appreciate it if someone…

Medical advice isn't permitted on the forum, so no one can recommend you what medications to take. You can ask your pharmacist, or your GP, about over the counter options.
