Which is a better option. Cit to ucc or 4 years in ucc?

    Hi guys.
    I did poorly in my leaving cert.
    So I received an offer from CIT for business administration.
    I plan on landing a carrier towards finance.
    I was planning on repeating this year. So now I am wondering.
    If I do 3 years in cit then get a finance degree in ucc which is a duration of 1 or 2 years
    Is it a better option than to repeat or not?

    Is the degree of same quality?
