Such a grim show. Very well acted but I think I only got through 4 of the 6 episodes.

I would highly recommend this show, I rewatched the final two episodes last night. Yes, it was a bit grim but ultimately it's positive. Being a Jimmy Mc Govern show it is not exactly religion friendly. The show was well written and acted and at times very moving.

The lady who played Helen (appears from episode 2) was outstanding. A really kind and compassionate character, I would hope she gets some acting awards/noms. I was also impressed with the guy who play the cop, he played Grenn in GoT. Sean Bean as always was top notch as a priest battling with his demons.

I've just finished the fourth episode of this and I have to say I'm not the better of it. So far it is one of the best shows I've watched in some time but tough going.

    Interesting and weird first episode.

Note: Post edited after episode aired tonight!

I’m watching this now on Netflix. It’s grim but well worth a watch imho

    Watched this on consecutive nights.

Yes it's grim but it's a well written, well acted show. It's does have an ending which lifts the mood a bit.

    Stick with it.
