Log extension v block extension (sunroom)

    Hi,
    Got quotes for both, log extension around 20k and block extension around 30k.
    It's 15 sq metres, both prices include flushing to house.
    Thinking of the log cabin, as I like the wood effect (and its cheaper).... the log price also includes flushing, stove, bit of landscaping, cement base etc

    Quote is from -snip- anybody used them?
    Anything I should be aware off? Been reading about meeting building regs etc...
    Do they issue a compliance cert?
