We have an Abode tri-flow kitchen tap.
It's probably upwards of 10yrs old by now.

When we turn on the hot tap and turn it off , quite regularly water drips slowly and can be shut off by opening and closing the cold filter/unfilter tap to its right.

I had a quick chat with our plumber earlier today as he had been fixing other things in our house lately. He hadn't seen the tap in question but he felt that there were a few options, namely : replace the triflow tap all together (expensive), put in a simpler less expensive ordinary tap and a small fountain tap for filter water, etc, or see if I could get spares for the triflow.
He called the components, furrels (sounded like ferrels) or spindles (he said the term is used a bit interchangeably depending on manufacturer).

I looked online an Abode do seem to have spares.
    Ours look like this

I'm assuming I'm looking for either the pair (hot /cold)
or possibly the hot (since the cold on/off seems to successfully cut off the drip and the drip tends to be provoked by running the hot).

Am I on the right track ?
I'll probably revert back to the plumber, in any case.
