Still waiting for money transfer from 23.08

    Hi,

    I sent some money on 23.08 from BOI account to my Polish account, however I still don't have them. Could you tell me why or give me a phone number I could call (and not wait 15 minutes and not connect with any representative)?

    Can I ask when you sent the payment to your Polish account? and also if you sent this through the SEPA payee section of your 365 online banking.
