missing calls when im on a call

hi, I am missing calls when I am on a call with someone else, when I was on a call on my mobile phone in the past and someone else rang me, i would know, now i just get a missed call after i have ended my call. i have tried ringing my phone while its in call and it says the number you are calling is not available now. does…

Ask your provider to enable call waiting.

*43# is the code to enter on the phone dialer to enable call waiting, dial as you would when making a call to any phone number.
