Water pressure in public main?

    Hi,
I've been in contact with you by phone and also through your "Get Connected" section on your website but I have yet to receive any information. I was also on my local authority. My question is quite simple, I'm trying to determine what the water pressure is in a public mains that runs past my property. I'm currently applying for planning permission and the proposed dwelling will be approximately 650m from the public main with a lift of about 11m. I want to know will the water pressure in the main line be sufficient to service my house. The proposed dwelling is in Westmeath.
    Thank you.
