Installing Smart Thermostat heating control

I currently have a dumb timer (analogue one that you have ON/OFF/Clock and segments you push down). In the boiler itself (outside) I have a dial which controls temperature.

    I've bought https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B011B3J6B8/ref=twister_B01LYYJHTG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

It has the ability to heat hot water or rads or both but in my current set up my heating is either on / off (warming both rads + hot water). I do have the ability to turn off the rad pumps which effectively will mean hot water is only going to the hotpress.

Anyone have experience installing one of these? Would I be able to install it to achieve the ability to heat either the water OR rads? Or will I just have to have it so when heating is on / water in tank is getting heated?
