Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could get amd cards that are good for mining (R9 290, Rx480 etc.) without the ridiculous prices dont mind second hand hoping for around 200 euro thanks :)

Anything good for mining is in demand by the miners, and thus is expensive.

You will get R9 290s on Adverts for that price, and 390's for very close to it.
